   Espaço Tejo

Espaço Tejo was considered the "Best Building of the Year 2009," according to readers of the magazine Real Estate and the general public. This award, unique in the property sector, was achieved due to conceptual quality and excellent location.
It consists of 4 buildings with 41 apartment´s type T2, T3 and T4 with a magnificient wiew of the River "Tejo". Equipped with intercoms systems and access control code, the line Siedle Steel was chosen for its quality and exceptional design!
 
     
  Destilaria do Alcool


The Distillery was constructed at the end of the 19th century, in Vila Nova de Gaia.

It was rebuilt has a luxury resort designed by the architect Pedro Balona, with types T1, T2 and T3, offering stunning views over the River Douro. This resort is equipped with the Siedle Steel doorstations, noted for their quality and style and also with the Berker KNX equipment, including TS Sensor, K1 and B7.
     
   Bom Sucesso


Situated near the medieval town of Óbidos, Bom Sucesso Design Resort, Leisure and Golfe represents the most ambicious project ever planned for a luxury tourist resort. Bom Sucesso contain 601 houses - villas and townhouses, a hotel with a SPA, etc...For this ambitious project, twenty three Masters of Contemporary architecture join forces to create a single property. The K1 Berker range was the perfect choice for this stimulating, pioneering and innovative project.
     
 
Sky Restelo is located in one of the most prestigious districts of Lisbon and stands out from its surroundings for its excellent architecture and use of maintenance free materials, mainly glass and aluminium. The exceptional construction quality of the building is evident at first sight. The 17-storey town contains 42 apartments with four or more bedrooms. The interior furnishings are all high- quality materials and electronic systems of everykind make day to day life more comfortablenfor residents - there are state -of-the-art alarm, energy management and communications sytems from Siedle range.The choice was the  Steel doorstations with electronic key and connected with the telephone network.
     
 
Resort located in Troia


Troiaresort is a spectacular development that combines first class tourism with modern luxury accommodation set within an environment of natural beauty located at the northern pinnacle of the Troia peninsula. Designed by the architect João Paciência the 5 villas are equiped with the Berker instabus EIB building management system, touch panel from Divus for the control and management and doorstations with intercoms from Siedle.

     
  Living Foz


Located nearby Oporto´s seaside area, Living Foz is composed by 40 apartments distributed over 7 floors. The controlled sun exposure, the termal inercia of the facade, the use of alternative energy and electrically efficient appliances, are features that integrate the building in a quality standard of respect for the individual and their habitat. For this project, the solution employed was the automation from ONLY. To ensure security, the building has water and gas leakage detection, smoke and fire detection and personal protection.
     
  The house of Adpropeixe


Adpropeixe is a part of the Gerês Natural reserve located in Vilar de Veiga in the Terras de Bouro district. The house in Adpropeixe is an habitable viewing plataform, elevated off the ground but integrated and installed in the site. The architect of this project - Carlos Castanheira, employed the automation from ONLY for the simplicity of the integrated solution.
