ONLY - Climatization

The climatization is the major energy cost in a house. For that reason, an intelligent management of the climatization might generate important savings.

The chrono thermostats of ONLY allow scheduling of the climatization of each compratment of the house so that it is only on when really necessary. Two distinctive progrmas, one for Summer and one for Winter, allow defining the temperature for 3 periods of each week day.

ONLY provides modules for heating with boiler and radiators, air flow systems, radiating floor (water only) and some air conditioning units. Depending on the system, the control may be made with on/off or proportional control. Some models allow the control of 2 machines for the same space, for example radiating floor and air conditioning.

The climatization may be switched on and off remotely through telephone when associated with the ONLY Security System or by Internet when associated with the system "Living" from EXVA.

The chrono thermostats of ONLY still do not control all the types and brands of air conditioning. Please contact ONLY for more informations.
