The origin off the company dates back 1983 with the setting up of
TEV - Vanguard Plastic Components Ltd, with the aim to manufacture electrical equipment.
As a result of sustained growth of the sector and the need for appropriate response to the demand for their products, two more companies were created.
In the beginning of the 90s was created the company MATELCOMP - Molds and Plastic Components, SA and later in 2000 TEV2 - Distribution off Electrical Equipment, Ltd.
